Job Title: Technical Project Manager Experience: 4 Years Location: Pune / Mumbai Department: Engineering / Technology Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development projects , with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The candidate should possess excellent technical understanding, project management skills, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of software development projects.

Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, Dev

Ops, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Create project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely project completion.

Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and organizational processes.

Work closely with development teams to understand technical challenges and prioritize deliverables.

Manage resource allocation and project documentation.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project execution and delivery efficiency.





Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 4 years of experience managing software development projects.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev

Ops, Click

Up, Asana, or similar.

Hands on experience with any software development using java, python, go, rust, react etc Understanding of best practices around system design, automation, efficiency in building software applications.

Strong knowledge of software development processes, release management, and project planning.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.

Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.

Exposure to Dev

Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage.
