We're hiring an HR & Compliance skilled to manage payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and HR compliance for our US staffing business — coordinating with payroll vendors, C2C consultants, and clients across multiple states.

What you'll do:

Manage timesheets & invoicing controls

Own payroll processing & state notice resolution

Coordinate HR compliance audits with clients & vendors

Drive MIS reporting & process improvements

What you bring:

✅ 5–10 years' experience, ideally in U.S. staffing

✅ Hands-on payroll processing & notice response experience

✅ Strong stakeholder coordination skills
