Job Description:

Counsel students and parents on overseas education options (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
Conduct telephonic counselling (telesales) and convert enquiries into admissions
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries
Guide students through the admission process including applications, documentation, and offers
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and enrolled students
Communicate confidently in English (verbal & written)
Maintain CRM / student records and ensure high service standards
Coordinate with internal teams and international partners
Preferred Candidate Profile

Female candidate residing within 6 km of QEC Global office (Boisar/Palghar)
Experience as an Overseas Study Counsellor preferred




Telesales or tele-counselling experience is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and counselling skills in English
Student-centric, ethical, and result-oriented approach
Ability to handle targets, follow-ups, and counselling pressure professionally
Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate (Education or relevant field preferred)
Minimum 1–3 years experience in overseas education counselling (preferred)
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also apply
