Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, active Studio Admin to handle the daily operations of our photography studio in Bangalore. You will be responsible for maintaining the physical space, managing expensive camera and lighting gear, and coordinating schedules between clients and photographers. Your main goal is to ensure the studio is perfectly prepared, clean, and safe for every shoot.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gear & Equipment Management

· Keep an accurate count and safely store all cameras, lights, props, dresses, flashes.

· Check costumes for damage before and after every shoot.

· Keep track of frames, Themes, Props, prints and alert Management when stocks are low.

2. Studio Operations & Set Setup

· Ensuring the space is clean and presentable.

· Assist photographers and clients with setting up heavy equipment like c-stands, softboxes, and backdrop stands.

· Maintain the makeup/styling area and ensure proper lighting is working there.





3. Scheduling & Client Handling

· Manage the daily booking calendar to ensure no overlapping appointments.

· Welcome clients, models, and external creators warmly when they arrive.

· Assist clients with basic needs during their booking (pantry, water, Wi-Fi, etc.).

4. Digital Support

· Ensure system systems/laptops used for tethering (Capture One / Lightroom) are connected and ready.

Skills and Qualifications

· Experience: 0–2 years of experience working in a photo studio, camera rental house, or production team. (Passionate freshers with good cartoon character knowledge can apply).

· Should be happy to he1p our Photographers.

· Language: Knowledge of kannada, Telugu, Hindi, or English to smoothly coordinate with local clients.

· Traits: Punctual, reliable, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
