We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. The role involves maintaining and enhancing quality systems, ensuring regulatory and certification compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and structured problem-solving. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to product quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

· Ensure compliance with REACH and other applicable regulatory standards.

· Analyze process performance metrics and identify opportunities for quality improvement.

· Develop, review, and manage quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and records.

· Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and process improvements.

· Support supplier quality management and oversee incoming material inspection processes.

· Participate in risk assessments,



audits, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial experience in Quality Assurance.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Quality Systems: Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 frameworks.

· Quality Tools: 7 QC Tools, 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto Analysis, CAPA, Risk Assessment.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

· Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, including report writing.

· Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Mindset: Continuous improvement orientation with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹622,202.97 - ₹1,868,626.79 per year
