We are looking for a high-energy Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in migrating abroad. Your primary goal is to reach out to leads, understand their migration needs (PR, Study Visa, or visitor visa), and schedule consultations for our expert advisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management: Call prospective clients from provided leads and databases to explain our immigration services.
- Consultation Scheduling: Qualify leads and book appointments for senior immigration consultants.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline with potential clients to build rapport and trust.
- Information Accuracy: Provide basic information regarding visa categories (Canada, Australia, Europe, Newzealand & Schengen etc.) and company services accurately.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM with detailed notes on client interactions and status.

Pay: ₹12,000.48 - ₹40,754.21 per month
