Accrete Globus Technology is an India-based SAAS product company that is involved in the Development and Marketing of 6Orbit - A Cloud-based process automation tool. The company operates in the Indian domestic market and offers an alternative to traditional ERP tools.
- Meet with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide training on the product to the end user.
- Conduct meetings with high profile business owners or chief management to help them better understand product features and requirements.
- Maintain good relationships with clients which should result in references
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to all service requests received via email, telephone and chats.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Track all issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Technology Teams).
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions.
- Compile all issues and/or problems faced by the customer in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are not re-occurring after troubleshooting.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Every encountered issue/problem must be documented with a summary of the issue and the solution provided subsequent to its resolution.
- Travel to client premises 30-40% in the work profile.

- Ability to work independently or as a team player who enjoys working on cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal and external).
- Excellent presentation skills.
Note:
● Working hours-10 am to 7 pm
● Working days - Mon to Fri
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
