Job Description – Machine Operator Trainee Position: Machine Operator Trainee Department: Production Location: Nerow Pipes Factory Job Summary Nerow Pipes is looking for enthusiastic Diploma graduates to join our production team as Machine Operator Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo hands-on training in operating plastic extrusion machines used for manufacturing drip irrigation and HDPE pipes. This role offers excellent career growth to become a skilled Machine Operator. Key Responsibilities - Learn to operate plastic extrusion machines safely and efficiently. - Assist in machine setup, startup, changeovers, and shutdown. - Monitor production parameters and ensure smooth machine operation. - Check product quality, dimensions, and appearance. - Load raw materials and maintain proper material handling. - Pack, label, and record finished products. - Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. - Report machine faults, breakdowns, and quality issues to supervisors.



- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Eligibility - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Plastic Technology (Freshers are encouraged to apply). - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts. - Positive learning attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.
