- Prepare, review, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and files.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain document control procedures, including version control and document tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and update required documentation.
- Archive and retrieve documents efficiently, both in physical and electronic formats.
- Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals where applicable.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Generate periodic documentation reports and maintain document registers.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and implement best practices.
