We are a leading fast-growing industrial leather safety products manufacturing company. We specialize in leather gloves and garments.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee operations within a specific department at our factory.

The role is hands on and you will be required to understand the raw material (mainly leather).

This role is crucial in ensuring that production targets are met, records are maintained accurately.

You will be responsible for helping to grow and develop the team and supporting the Factory Manager in executing operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the assigned department (Cutting/Stitching/Checking), ensuring production goals are achieved.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with supervisors of other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Support the Factory Manager with planning and executing operational strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:





- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory role in leather or related sectors.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong record-keeping skills and familiarity with relevant software systems for tracking production.
- Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions..
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
