About the Role

Prius Communications is looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-driven Social Media Intern to

manage client accounts and contribute to impactful digital campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience

in healthcare marketing, where you'll work on real brands, create engaging content, and help drive

audience growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned social media accounts, from ideation and

content planning to execution, community management, and lead generation.

Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram and Facebook.

Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels and short-form videos.

Create and publish daily stories while maintaining consistent brand communication.

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.

Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to build an engaged online community.

Research industry trends, viral content formats, and competitor strategies to generate fresh content

ideas.

Use AI tools to enhance content creation, video editing, copywriting, and productivity.

Track content performance and prepare basic reports with actionable insights.

Work towards increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications

4–6 months of internship or freelance experience in social media marketing.

Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.

Experience working with healthcare, personal brands, or service-based businesses is an added

advantage.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

End-to-end management of assigned client social media accounts.

Consistent creation and publishing of high-quality content across platforms.

Reels production from ideation to final execution.

Effective community management and audience engagement.

Timely execution of content calendars and marketing campaigns.

Research and implementation of trending content ideas.

Contribution towards follower growth, engagement, and lead generation.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Performance tracking and continuous optimization of content strategy.
