Job Summary:

Are you a student pursuing your undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or a recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in marketing and sales? Gravton Motors, one of India's growing electric mobility companies, is looking for enthusiastic Marketing Field Interns who are ready to learn, engage with customers, and contribute to business growth.

This 2-month internship is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students currently pursuing their final year, as well as fresh graduates from any stream, irrespective of pass-out batch, academic percentage, or pass/fail status.



The internship offers hands-on exposure to field marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and sales support, helping you develop practical skills while working with a quick-growing organization. Interns will receive a stipend and an internship completion certificate upon successful completion of the internship program.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute field marketing activities to promote Gravton Motors products and create brand awareness.
- Visit colleges, educational institutions, commercial establishments, residential communities, and public locations to engage with potential customers.
- Interact with customers, explain product features and benefits, and address basic queries.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand market trends and customer preferences.
- Identify opportunities for promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
- Represent Gravton Motors professionally during field visits, promotional activities, and events.
- Maintain daily reports on field activities and customer interactions.

Qualification

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district and work in the field.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
