Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative CRM Executive to manage our customer relationship database and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using computers for daily operations, handle multi-lingual client coordination seamlessly, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication: Interact professionally with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and build strong relationships.

Product Monitoring: Track the progress of products from production to dispatch, ensuring everything matches the customer's order specifications.

Fitter Team Coordination: Follow up closely with the technician/fitter team to schedule installations, track daily fitting progress, and ensure perfect on-site execution.

Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, giving them regular delivery/installation updates and handling inquiries in multiple regional languages.

System & Database Upkeep: Maintain accurate records of order statuses, technician assignments, and customer profiles on our CRM platform and Excel tracking sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Any Under Graduate (UG) degree.

Languages Known:



Solid fluency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Kannada (essential for handling regional clients).

Technical Skills:

Basic System Knowledge: Basic Computer Knowledge, internet browsing, email etiquette, and general troubleshooting (like handling remote access tools or basic connectivity).

Software: Hands-on experience with MS Excel/Spreadsheets and basic exposure to CRM platforms.

Soft Skills: Strong patience, active listening skills, and a professional phone demeanor.
