- System Monitoring & Operation: Start up, shut down, and monitor compressors, condensers, and evaporators to meet specific cooling temperatures.
- Gas Management: Safely handle Freon cylinders, check refrigerant operating pressures, and conduct targeted leak detection.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance such as cleaning coils, replacing filters,



and topping off or recovering refrigerant gases.
- Compliance & Safety: Comply with strict environmental and safety codes (such as handling ozone-depleting substances) and maintain accurate equipment logs.
