Job description
· Collect documents from the Government authorities.
· Collect documents related to land surveys and revenue corrections.
· RTC correction - identified by 2nd legal opinion.
· Change of land use document & Property Conversion.
· Willing to Travel across locations to collect and apply for documents.
· Effective coordination with government officers follow up effectively.
Job Requirement
· Legal documentations & process knowledge.
· Hands-on experience in liaison work - Patta process, CMDA Building/land approvals, EB, Metro water, Sewage connection arrangements, RERA & other legal department related coordination's
· Knowledge in NOC documentation procedures.
· Legal office & authority co- ordination.
· Energetic & Multi-tasking candidate is expected.
· Communication should be good in spoken and written Tamil
Skills expected:
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills (Tamil & English ).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assigned tasks.
Other:
- Need to have own mode of transportation.
Qualification and Experience
· Bachelor Degree, Must have minimum 2 experience working in real estate firm.
