Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) + Incentives + Travel Allowance

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Welding Sales Representatives to drive business growth across Pan India regions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the welding, fabrication, engineering, or metal manufacturing industry and possess strong technical knowledge of welding products, equipment, and consumables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand sales of welding machines, welding consumables, accessories, and fabrication-related products.
- Identify new business opportunities in fabrication shops, OEMs, EPC companies, heavy engineering, automotive, construction, steel, and manufacturing industries.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer visits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable welding solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Generate regular sales reports, visit reports, and business forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification:



Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Welding, Metallurgy, Production Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Experience: 3–12 years of sales experience in:
- Welding machine companies
- Welding consumables manufacturers
- Fabrication companies
- Industrial equipment sales
- Steel and metal manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of:
- MIG, TIG, ARC, SAW, and Plasma Welding processes
- Welding electrodes, wires, fluxes, and automation systems
- Fabrication and industrial applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
