Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Video Editor with strong team leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience and expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content, managing editing projects, and leading the video editing team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and branding projects.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior video editors and interns.
- Review team output and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketing teams.
- Understand project requirements and transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills





- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience in editing reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, corporate videos, and advertisements.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, transitions, color correction, and audio editing.
- Team handling and leadership experience.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Creative Agency.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
