Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Photoshop Editor cum Filing Officer to join our growing team in the UK. The ideal candidate should have strong Photoshop editing skills along with the ability to manage documentation, filing, and office records efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhotoshop & Design Work

- Edit and enhance photographs, scanned documents, and graphics using Adobe Photoshop
- Create professional designs for social media, advertisements, banners, and client presentations
- Retouch images and prepare documents according to company standards
- Ensure all edited files are properly organized and stored

Filing & Documentation

- Maintain digital and physical filing systems accurately
- Organize client records, applications, and official documents
- Scan, upload, and manage confidential paperwork
- Coordinate with team members for document verification and updates




- Ensure all records are updated and maintained securely

Administrative Support

- Assist office staff with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare reports, forms, and supporting documents when required
- Handle emails and maintain proper communication records

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in editing, documentation, or office administration is preferred

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Canva or other design software
- Experience in immigration, legal, or documentation work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
