About the Company

Samson Scientifics & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality medical devices, surgical products, and healthcare solutions across India. We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in Hyderabad and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
- Appoint new distributors and generate new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, medical institutions, and distributors.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team/MSRs.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding orders, dispatches, product availability, and customer requirements.
- Execute promotional activities to increase product awareness and sales.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, Healthcare, or Pharma Sales.
- Experience in handling distributors and institutional sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad healthcare market.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
