NPD Electronic Circuit & PCB Design Engineer (R&D;)

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Circuit & PCB Design Engineer to join our R&D; team. The role involves end-to-end development of electronic hardware and embedded systems, from design and prototyping to testing and validation, supporting new product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: -

Hardware Design

•Design and develop electronic circuits for power supplies, control systems, and embedded applications.

•Prepare schematics and PCB layouts using tools such as Altium, KiCAD, or EasyEDA.

•Select appropriate components (microcontrollers, sensors, power devices) based on project requirements.

•Prototype, test, and troubleshoot PCBs and ensure compliance with EMI/EMC and safety standards.

Firmware / Embedded Systems

•Develop and debug embedded firmware for microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, PIC).

•Implement communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Modbus, CAN, and Ethernet.

•Perform system configuration, calibration, and data logging.

•Integrate hardware with SCADA/PLC systems and ensure reliable performance.

Documentation & Collaboration

•Prepare design documentation, BOM, and test reports.





•Support production and service teams in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Production, and QA.

Required Skills

•Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.

•Experience in PCB design, circuit simulation, and embedded C/C++ programming.

•Hands-on experience with testing instruments (DSO, multimeter, LCR meter, power analyzer).

•Knowledge of power electronics/SMPS is an advantage.

•Familiarity with tools such as STM32CubeIDE, MPLAB, Code Composer Studio.

Qualifications & Experience

•B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics & Communication or related field.

•2–5 years of experience in hardware and embedded system development.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
