Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Industry: Copper Manufacturing / MetalsLocation: Bhiwadi / NCRThis is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the promoters. The selected candidate will play a key role in building the finance function from the ground up while driving project finance, treasury, banking relationships, governance, ERP implementation, MIS, and long-term financial strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Compliance, and Commercial functions.Build and establish financial systems, SOPs, MIS, internal controls, and governance frameworks for a greenfield manufacturing setup.Manage project finance, capex, working capital, banking relationships, fund raising, LC/BG operations, and consortium banking.Drive financial closures, term loan negotiations, credit ratings, and stock audits.Develop and monitor MIS dashboards covering production, inventory, profitability, cash flow, yield analysis, energy costs, and working capital.Lead ERP implementation and finance process automation initiatives.Oversee inventory reconciliation, costing, process losses, commodity risk management, and plant finance.Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, Companies Act,



and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and financial institutions.Support strategic procurement, commercial contracts, and long-term supply agreements.Build and mentor a high-performing Finance & Commercial team.Partner closely with promoters by providing strategic financial insights, risk assessment, treasury management, and business decision support.Support promoter wealth planning, tax optimisation, holding structures, succession planning, and asset protection while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.Key Requirements:CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)12–22 years of experience in manufacturingExperience in metals, copper, aluminium, steel, cable, or commodity-based industries preferredStrong exposure to greenfield projects, project finance, banking, treasury, costing, and manufacturing financeHands-on experience with ERP implementation, internal controls, and finance automationStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic business partnering skills
