- Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively counseling students on DigitalMarketing & Data Science courses.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions.
- Maintain a robust understanding of course offerings, career benefits, and industrytrends.
- Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure,fees, duration, and placement assistance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (educationsector preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
