Hiring: Subject Matter Expert – Lead Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist (Contractual)Project: TN RIGHTS Project (World Bank Supported)Department: Commissionerate for Welfare of Differently Abled, Govt. of Tamil NaduLocation: Tamil Nadu (multi-district travel)Duration: Minimum 2 Years (extendable based on performance)Salary: Up to ₹1,25,000/month + TA/DA as per normsKey Responsibilities:Develop audiology & speech-language pathology training modules, manuals, videos, case studies, and digital tools.Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and design evidence-based communication rehabilitation modules.Field test modules, ensure quality standards, and validate content with experts.Identify, train, and mentor master trainers (ToT) across Tamil Nadu.Conduct trainings for therapists, home care providers, and families.Provide technical guidance, mentoring, monitoring,
