We're seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our food & beverages cafe franchise team. You'll oversee the seamless integration of new franchisees, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to launch and grow their cafes successfully.Key Responsibilities- Franchisee Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding programs for new franchisees, covering operations, marketing, and brand standards.- Training & Support: Design and deliver training sessions on cafe operations, menu management, customer service, and financial management.- Process Optimization:
