You'll own the full customer journey: pre-sales, conversion, support, and retention.What You'll Do-Sales & Pre-Sales ConversionManage all inbound conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs/comments, website live chat, and email, responding quickly and turning interest into completed ordersReach out to warm leads — abandoned carts, product questions, DM engagement — with a consultative, low-pressure approachHelp customers understand product materials, styling, and use cases to build confidence in their purchaseRecommend complementary or upgraded products where it genuinely benefits the customer, in line with the brand's toneMonitor and report conversion rates across chat, DM, and comment channels, and flag where customers are dropping off to the growth team-Customer Support & RetentionResolve order issues — delays, returns, exchanges — with empathy and efficiencyKeep Muun Home's warm, considered brand voice consistent across every interactionGather and share customer feedback and product insights with the founders and growth team-Marketplace SupportHelp manage day-to-day activity on Amazon, Tata Cliq Luxury,
