We're a small, rapid-moving team, so everyone wears multiple hats and gets real ownership from day one.Customer Care & Sales AssociateWe're looking for someone who can own the full order journey, from the moment someone hits "add to cart" to the moment their package lands at their door (and beyond, if there's an exchange or refund involved). You'll be the glue between our warehouse, vendors, shipping partners, and customers.What you'll be doing:Creating shipping labels and managing the end-to-end shipping processOrder confirmations and coordinating with vendorsHandling customer support — order queries, exchanges, refunds,



complaintsDriving add-to-cart conversions and upselling products to customersSupporting in person at offline events/pop-ups (occasional travel involved)Maintaining and updating Excel sheets — order trackers, inventory, sales dataWorking directly with shipping partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, and others to resolve delays, NDRs, RTOs, etc.What we're looking for:Based in Delhi/NCRPrior experience working with Shiprocket, Delhivery, or similar shipping/courier platformsComfortable with Excel — pivot tables, basic formulas, clean data handlingBasic understanding of AI prompting (using tools like ChatGPT to work faster/smarter)Some experience or strong instinct for customer service and salesGenuine interest in fashion and e-commerce, with basic understanding of how online stores workEnthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow with the brandGood communication skills — you'll be talking to customers, vendors, and the team dailyCompensation: ₹10,000/month + 10% commission on every sale you help convertIf this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
