Job Description:

Position: General Manager - Operations

Location: Daman

Experience: 10 - 13 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for factory operations — production, quality, dispatch, HR, admin
- Set and monitor production targets, budgets, and cost control
- Oversee coordination between all departments (production, quality, planning, dispatch, HR)
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across the facility
- Handle vendor/supplier relationships and raw material procurement oversight
- Ensure compliance with factory laws, safety norms, and statutory requirements
- Report to management/ownership on performance, issues, and growth plans
- Manage manpower planning, staffing levels,



and departmental heads
- Resolve escalated operational or interdepartmental issues
- Drive strategic decisions — capacity expansion, recent equipment, cost optimization

Required Skills:

- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 24.00 LPA
