Job Description
Job Summary:
This role focuses on the production of high-quality technical documentation-such as product and plant manuals-for water treatment technologies and solutions ensuring all content meets organizational and industry standards.
Responsible for Content Creation & Management, Collaboration & Review, Continuous Improvement with a robust background in technical writing, a deep understanding of water treatment technologies, and up-to-date knowledge of common publishing tools.
Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure the production of high-quality documentation that meets organizational standards.
Develop and Manage documentation project plans, timelines and resources to meet the organizational objectives.
Continuous evaluation and improving documentation process and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Planning, editing, writing, and developing or migrating complete set of technical documents for the customer.
Providing enough information and content in written (or other) form regarding the product or solution so it can be understood and used by the recipient.
Collaborating with technical colleagues across the organization to collect all relevant information to be used in technical documentation and partners with them to clarify ambiguous topics.
Coordinating the approval process for the technical documentation.
Organizes reviews and ensures documentation meets customer requirements.
Keeping an updated knowledge of the main characteristics of the relevant products and a good awareness of the most common publishing tools in the market.
Contributing to custom project activities and developing or improving documentation tools, templates, processes, and execution of tasks using approved processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Experience required: 7 to 10 years
