About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with experience in IT Services, SaaS, or B2B Technology to create high-quality technical and marketing content. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, SEO knowledge, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business and technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
Write and edit technical blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, website content, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.
Create engaging content on AI/ML, Big Data, Salesforce, Odoo, DevOps, Cloud, Java, and Microservices.
Perform keyword research and create SEO-optimized content to improve organic visibility.
Collaborate with technical SMEs, marketing, sales, and design teams to produce high-quality content.
Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
Review and mentor content writers while maintaining editorial quality standards.
Track content performance using SEO and analytics tools and optimize existing content.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in IT Services, SaaS, or B2B technology content writing .
Minimum 1 year of experience leading or mentoring content teams .




Robust portfolio featuring technical blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and long-form content.
Excellent written English, grammar, storytelling, and editing skills.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
Hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Notion.

Preferred Skills
Experience writing on AI/ML, Cloud, Salesforce, Odoo ERP, Big Data, DevOps, or Microservices.
Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East, or Australia).
Knowledge of ABM content, buyer journey mapping, demand generation, and content performance metrics.
Experience creating webinar scripts, video scripts, and thought leadership content.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
