About Green Apple Media Green Apple Media is a fast-growing influencer marketing and digital media company that partners with leading brands and creators across India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support the company's growth.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with CAs, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, and financial summaries.
Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.




Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
~2–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
~ Strong understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
~ Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
~ Experience working with startups, agencies, or digital media companies.
Familiarity with payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.
Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
