Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate activities of security staff
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents
- Conduct investigations and write detailed reports
- Train and evaluate security personnel
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services
- Maintain accurate records of security operations
- Assess risks and recommend security improvements

Requirements

- Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
