We are a software development company looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our sales activities and increase company revenue. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and managing the complete sales cycle for software products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and close sales for software products and services
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Meet clients, give product demos, and negotiate deals
- Build and manage the sales pipeline
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with the technical team for project delivery

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in software sales or IT services sales
- Robust experience in lead generation and deal closure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Experience in managing or leading a sales team is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
