We are seeking a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Coordinate with sales and support teams
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under target-based environment
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate preferred
- Experienced candidates can apply
- Hindi and basic English communication preferred
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
