Position: Site Engineer
Location: Project Sites
Experience: Freshers to 2 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities
- Ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and material usage
- Maintain site quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with Project Engineer and office team
- Report issues, delays, and requirements proactively
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work
Required Skills & Attitude:
- Strong site presence and supervision skills
- Valuable communication with labour and seniors
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Responsive and proactive attitude
- Willingness to work in rural and remote sites
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
