We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager with a strong background in the retail industry to lead and grow our online business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, driving online sales, optimizing product listings, planning promotions, and improving the overall customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's online sales across the website and major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
- Manage product catalog, listings, pricing, inventory, and content across all online platforms.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and online marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize product pages with high-quality content, images, and SEO best practices.
- Manage marketplace operations, including order processing, returns, and customer experience.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends,



and customer behavior to improve business performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
- Ensure timely fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and stock availability across all channels.
- Work with external agencies and marketplace account managers to maximize platform performance.

Required Skills

- Years of experience in e-commerce management within the retail industry.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, or similar platforms.
- Robust understanding of online merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Experience with digital marketing, marketplace advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Knowledge of e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet business targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
