Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Junior Engineer – Finishing & RCC to oversee and execute finishing works and reinforced concrete construction (RCC) in our projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil construction techniques, quality standards, and site coordination, ensuring timely and productive project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finishing Work Supervision:

- Monitor and execute plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceilings, doors, windows, and other finishing activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to verify finishing work progress and compliance.

2. RCC (Reinforced Concrete Construction):

- Supervise formwork, reinforcement, and concreting activities.
- Ensure proper execution of structural elements such as slabs, beams, columns, and foundations.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and quality control teams to maintain RCC work standards.

3. Site Coordination & Execution:

- Collaborate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor material usage and inventory to avoid delays.
- Conduct quality checks and report deviations to the senior engineer or project manager.

4. Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction regulations.




- Identify and mitigate potential site hazards.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), quality checklists, and material consumption records.
- Assist in preparing work schedules and progress reports for management review.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✅ Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of finishing materials, RCC work, and civil construction techniques.
✅ Site Supervision – Ability to monitor construction progress and ensure timely execution.
✅ Quality Control – Familiarity with industry standards and quality assessment techniques.
✅ Project Coordination – Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
✅ Safety Compliance – Understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
✅ Software Skills – Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction project management tools (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
