We are inviting applications for the role of Influencer Marketing Executive (Work from Office)

Job Location : Jaipur- C Scheme

Salary : 20,000 -30,000 Monthly

Shift timings : 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships

- Support influencer marketing execution end-to-end — from brief drafting and creator outreach to contract coordination and post-campaign reporting.
- Assist in identifying creators and voices that align with each brand’s positioning across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain creator databases,



outreach trackers, and campaign status documentation to keep partnerships organized and on schedule.
- Support TikTok Shop affiliate programs — sourcing and onboarding affiliate creators, coordinating sample requests, and managing open collaboration and targeted invites.
- Monitor affiliate content and GMV performance in TikTok Shop Seller Center, flagging top-performing creators for deeper partnerships.
- Compile influencer and affiliate performance data (reach, engagement, conversion, GMV) into post-campaign recaps for senior team review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field

● Basic understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (certifications or coursework/internship exposure is a plus)

● Basic awareness of influencer marketing concepts and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

● Good communication skills, both written and verbal

● Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for basic data tracking

● Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment

● Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.

Good to Have

● Internship or academic project experience in digital marketing, social media, or advertising

● Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification

● Personal experience running social media pages or content creation
