Interior Designer

Rupali Construction is looking for a creative and execution-focused Interior Designer to join our team. The role involves designing residential spaces while working closely with architects, engineers, vendors, and site teams to take projects from concept to final execution.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop interior concepts, space plans, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed working drawings, elevations, and furniture drawings.
- Create 3D designs and realistic visualizations for projects.
- Plan materials, finishes, flooring, ceilings, lighting, furniture, and fixtures.
- Prepare and manage BOQs, material specifications, and quantity requirements.
- Coordinate interior designs with architectural, electrical, plumbing, and other site requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to check measurements, quality, detailing, and execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other site teams.
- Resolve design and execution issues that arise during construction.




- Ensure the final execution matches approved drawings, materials, and design intent.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of residential interiors and on-site execution.
- Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.
- Ability to prepare accurate working drawings and understand site measurements.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage project timelines.

Required Skills

AutoCAD | SketchUp | 3ds Max | V-Ray/Corona | Photoshop | MS Office

Experience with BOQ preparation, working drawings, material selection, furniture detailing, vendor coordination, and site execution will be preferred.
