Key Responsibilities:
- Drive leads for collateral-free loans up to ₹2 Lakhs
- Collaborate with bank and sales teams/DSAs for seamless loan disbursals
- Plan & optimize digital & offline marketing campaigns
- Manage merchant relations & support services
- Track KPIs and report progress
- - Lead merchant outreach and field-level lead generation activities across Kerala.
- Coordinate ground teams, local agents, and partnerships with merchant associations.
- Conduct or supervise merchant workshops, field training, and promotional events.
- Gather market feedback directly from merchants to improve product and process.
- Align ground operations with digital marketing & call center support for holistic coverage.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
