Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Purchase Executive** to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of electrical products and components.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.

* Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase orders.

* Procure electrical components, raw materials, and other production requirements.

* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, and procurement records.

* Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

* Coordinate with Stores, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.





* Monitor inventory levels and plan timely replenishment.

* Prepare procurement MIS reports using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.

* Verify purchase invoices and maintain records in Tally.

* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills

* 5–6 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

* Good knowledge of **Electrical Products/Components**

* Proficiency in **Google Sheets**.

* Strong knowledge of **MS Excel & Advanced Excel**.

* Good working knowledge of **Tally**.

* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
