Packaging - Officer - Production - (260000SG)

Description

- Plan and execute shift production as per the daily production schedule.
- Supervise Lamination, Slitting, and Pouching operations during the shift.
- Ensure proper machine setup, parameter control, and smooth changeovers.
- Monitor production output, wastage, rejection, and machine efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, GMP, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores for uninterrupted production.
- Take immediate corrective actions for process deviations, machine breakdowns, and quality issues.
- Maintain shift production reports, downtime records, rejection reports, and manpower attendance.
- Ensure implementation of safety practices, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
- Train and guide operators and helpers to improve productivity and skill levels.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity enhancement and waste reduction.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field. with Minimum 3 years of experience in handling Lamination, Slitting, and Pouching operations independently.
