Key Responsibilities:

Ø Experience: 1 to 2 years | Location: Vasai East

Ø Education: B.Tech Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Production Engineering

Ø Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

Ø Ensure production schedules are met in line with quality standards and deadlines.

Ø Coordinate with the planning, quality, maintenance, and stores departments for smooth workflow.

Ø Maintain records of production output, downtime, material usage, and labour utilization.

Ø Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive continuous improvement.

Ø Supervise and guide production staff and operators to achieve productivity goals.

Ø Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or issues affecting production efficiency.

Ø Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control systems, and regulatory compliance.

Ø Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain equipment and process health.

Ø Assist in inventory planning and ensure optimal material availability.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
