Job Description:

1. Daily chemical analysis of all manufacturing process and maintain data in system

2. Ensure corrective measures in case of any deviation in process parameters and consult group leader to implement corrections

3. Daily root cause analysis for production defects/ rejection of previous day

4. Prepare and present data of quality review in daily quality meeting

5. Random process parameter and operating guideline follow up of entire production plan process

6. Maintain ISO documents for process and production. Conduct Internal ISO audit

7. Evaluate new raw material and submit feedback report of every samples/ current raw material received

8.Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements

9.



Resolve production process issues and escalate unresolved issues to Group leader immediately

10. Communication with customers for any quality related observation/ concerns or any quality certificate/document needs.

11. Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
