Job profile:

​​Need a Junior Advocate, person who has worked with law firm having 3-4 years of experience in property matters.

Preference would be given to a candidate who knows Kannada reading and writing. ​

Advocate Job Responsibilities:

∙Drafts and finalise contracts and agreements.

∙Develops, implements and maintains legal documents individual project wise.

∙Oversees and negotiates interactions with outside counsel.

∙Verify property documents to purchase the land.

∙Should have knowledge of revenue documents.

∙Should have knowledge of Kaveri online registration.

Advocate Qualifications/Skills:

∙Working knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices in the field.

∙Knowledge of Hindu law, contract law, real estate law.

∙Credible and discrete,



with a high level of integrity and the ability to work with highly confidential and privileged information.

∙Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

∙Strategic thinker who can prioritize and integrate short-term and long-term goals.

∙Ability to prioritize and meet multiple and competing deadlines.

∙Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education, Experience Requirements:

∙Degree from law college.

∙3-4 years experience at a law firm or as an in-house counsel.

Pay: ₹8,167.78 - ₹31,948.20 per month
