Job Title: Logistics MIS & Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics MIS & Operations Manager to strengthen

our logistics operations by reviewing processes, ensuring data accuracy, improving

financial reconciliation, and delivering actionable MIS reports. The consultant will work

closely with the logistics and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency, internal

controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and monitor logistics operations to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Audit logistics team activities and ensure operational accuracy and accountability.
- Verify debtor and creditor ledgers and reconcile logistics transactions with ERP/Tally records.
- Review compliance reports and ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.
- Validate logistics data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop operational dashboards and performance reports.
- Ensure FDS reports are updated and reconciled with accounting records.




- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and cost control.
- Provide guidance and training to the logistics team on best practices in reporting, documentation, and operational controls.
- Prepare ad hoc analytical reports and presentations for management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Skilled certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or Tally systems are an added advantage.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Logistics Operations, MIS, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Strong experience in logistics process reviews, MIS reporting, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Experience working with African operations will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
