Finance Manager – Job Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective financial planning. The role involves managing accounts, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audits
- Monitor costs, profitability, and financial performance
- Handle banking, payments, and financial risk management
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments




- Support management with financial insights for decision-making

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, ERP)
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills

Experience:
3–8 years in finance/accounting roles (preferably in trading, HVAC, or project-based organizations)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
