HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations within our real estate organization. The role involves developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement to support business growth.

- Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Operations

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Engineering, Projects, Finance, Accounts, Legal, Admin, and Site teams.
- Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring TAT.

3. Employee Management

- Manage onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, engagement activities, and exit processes.
- Conduct employee feedback and exit interviews.

4. Payroll & Compliance

- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave, and salary inputs.




- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, POSH, and labour laws.
- Maintain statutory records and audit documentation.

5. Performance & Development

- Implement KRA/KPI and appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

6. Site HR Coordination

- Coordinate manpower requirements with project and site teams.
- Conduct HR site visits and ensure policy implementation.

7. Team Management

- Lead and guide the HR team.
- Conduct review meetings and coordinate with management and department heads.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years in Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions independently.
- Positive communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Location: Pune (Deccan Gymkhana)

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
