Hiring: Designer | Chennai | Salary: ₹40K–₹50K PM
We are seeking a Designer with 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or Turnkey Fit-Out Projects.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Experience in presentation, working, and execution drawings
Robust knowledge of interior construction, furniture detailing, finishes, ceilings, partitions, flooring, lighting, and MEP coordination
Ability to translate design concepts into accurate execution drawings
Good coordination skills with site teams, contractors, and vendors
Preferred Experience:
Commercial Offices, Hotels, Restaurants, Retail Outlets, Airport Lounges, and Residential Interior Projects.
Key Expectations:
Accurate drawings, timely project deliverables, effective site coordination, quick resolution of site issues, and adherence to design specifications.
