We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our Machine Shop as Trainees. The candidate will be trained in CNC, VMC, and conventional machining operations, machine setting assistance, quality inspection, and safe manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in operating CNC, VMC, and other machine shop equipment under supervision.
- Load and unload components from machines.
- Learn basic machine operation, tool handling, and machining processes.
- Perform simple dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area.
- Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
- Report machine abnormalities or quality issues to the supervisor.




- Support production activities to achieve daily targets.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to learn CNC/VMC machining operations.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings is an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, CNC Operator, Tool & Die Maker) or
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or
- BE/B.Tech Mechanical (Freshers).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
