Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Guwahati
Salary: Up to ₹35000per month(Negotiable based on current )

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager for our Guwahati location. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and overall financial management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime / ERP on a daily basis
- Handle GST filings (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), TDS, and Income Tax compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Generate MIS reports for management review and decision-making
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory compliance




- Monitor petty cash and maintain proper supporting documentation
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
